What is the shipping and delivery process involved ?
Rose Milian Orchids is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only or via India Post Speed post Service.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
Please note the shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the system adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. No Other Hidden charges at all!
**Our prices are all inclusive. All Taxes are included in the List, Except Octroi / Local Body Tax, As Applicable in your Region. Generally, Octroi / LBT is not applicable for Plants.
How long does it take for an order to get delivered?
Orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days from the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
In case of any delay related to shipping or delivery of your order, you will be notified via email or phone call from our side .We will make sure that we will do our best to fulfill your order in the shortest time possible.
What if I received the Plant / Seedlings in damage conditions?
If you think, you have received the plant or package in a bad or damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. It is advisable to call our customer care or email us at support@rosemilianorchids.com mentioning your Order/Transaction ID. We will personally ensure that a new replacement should be sent to you with no additional cost at the earliest. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. In Case, if you notice the damage after the delivery has been taken, Please send us the Photos of the Outer Packaging as well as the damage Products mentioning your Order ID / Transaction ID.
What if the Product get damaged during transit (Like Plants – bamboo plants / tall plants )?
Most of the plants damaged in transit are Fragile softwood plant seedlings. We try our level best to pack the plant keeping every safety measures in mind. In Case of any Damage, We will replace the Products at our Cost.
How do you ship the plants ?
We categorize the plant into several groups , and our packaging experts will use the proper packaging material and boxes to pack the plants keeping plants health and quality intact till it reaches you,.
Can I track my order's status?
Yes, you can track the shipping process of your order after we ship the item .A concern or engaged shipping service tracking Id or AWB number will be provided to you and you can check the shipment status of your order on the shipping agencies Website .
Are the plants same as seen in the pictures ?
The images provided in the website are indicative of the variety of the plants / fruit plants / flower plants / other plants. We will ship you healthy and assorted quality seedlings for the variety or listing you chosen from our website. We assure you of the quality and health of the plant.
How do we take care of the plants ?
We shall provide you with a manual containing instructions of how Should you take care of the plants. The Printed instruction will contain basic take care tips for the plant. ( Watering, Fertilizing , Pruning etc )

Can we cancel the order once its placed ?
The order can not be cancelled if it is shipped from our side . You may cancel the order which has not been shipped by us . In case of canceled order we will refund you the money to your bank account which generally takes 3 to 15 days to reflect in your account balance.
